Here are a few answers to some questions you may have:
1. How are the books selected?
- A poll will be sent out a week before the next book club meeting. Everyone is able to vote for whichever book they would like the group to read, and the selection is made by the majority vote. If you would like a book added to the poll, please email reference@garrettcollege.edu.
2. How do I join book club?
- Book club is open to anyone who is a Garrett College student, staff member, or faculty. You can come once, every month, or just whenever you can make it. Meeting dates and times will always be posted to https://garrettcollege.libguides.com/gcbookclub.
3. Is there an email list I can join?
- Yes! Just email reference@garrettcollege.edu to get added to the list.
4. Are there any rules?
- Yes, there are a number of rules and expectations book club members must adhere to. Please see the Code of Conduct tab at the top of the page for more details.
