Pay For Your Classes

DON'T GET DROPPED - Be sure your tuition bill is paid! That means taking care of any outstanding Financial Aid obligations and ensuring your bill is paid.

Log into the Student Portal to view your bill. Students must finalize financial aid to cover the total cost of the bill, enroll in a payment plan, or pay student bill in full by the deadline.

  • Once you register for classes, the Business Office will email a copy of your bill and instructions for payment to your Laker email account. Review the how to pay website and make payment arrangements. Contact the Business Office (301-387-3063, studentaccounts@garrettcollege.edu) for assistance.
  • Contact the Financial Aid Office to ensure your financial aid obligations are in order, including FAFSA and scholarships. Contact the Financial Aid office (301-387-3080, financialaid@garrettcollege.edu) for assistance.
When is my payment due?

Due dates for tuition, fees, room and board are accessible through my.garrettcollege.edu under the “Calendar” section. Students should check their “Course and Fee Statement” on my.garrettcollege.edu to see their balance due once registered.

Is a payment plan available?

A payment plan is available and can be set up via the Garrett College website under the “Admissions & Aid - How to Pay” section. Payment plan information is also available at www.garrettcollege.edu/payments.

How do I make my payments?

Payments may be made online at my.garrettcollege.edu, by mail, or by calling 301-387-3063.  All major credit cards are accepted.

What happens if I miss a payment due date?

Disenrollment for non-payment will occur the following day. It is very important to have your payment arrangements in place before the due date to avoid being dropped from classes! Students must do one of the following by the due date:

  1. Finalize financial aid to cover the total cost of your bill
  2. Enroll in a payment plan
  3. Pay your student bill in full
